Business Development manager / BDM

A BDM is:

a Business-Development role tied directly to mortgage production of our Lending Partner William Burton of NEXA Lending.

Meaning:

  • The BDM helps bring business opportunities to William Burton / NEXA Lending

  • NEXA compensates the BDM directly through its W-2 BDM program

  • compensation may be up to 45 bps depending on the structure/program

  • the compensation is tied to mortgage activity handled through William Burton / NEXA Lending and sourced by an agent
